This house is projected as a compact building, with four facades oriented to cardinal directions, respecting a pear tree Centennial to the west, the irrigation pipeline to the east and the street alignment to the north. Situated in the small town of Cerezales del Condado in the north of Spain at the height +875.90m, consisting of ground floor and first floor, warehouse and underground installations. It is an exempt building, which follows geometric criteria of traditional local architecture such as gable roof, compactness and squared proportion windows. In the basement and with the access right under the projection of the main staircase, the house has with a cellar space, in the warehouse are allocated all the facilities related to the geothermal energy production system.
