Our proposal for the reorganization of the Contramoll Mollet in the port of Palma de Mallorca has as these main objectives: Take advantage of the potential of the strategic enclave of the Contramoll to open the city to the sea, taking advantage of the inertia of the transformation model of the promenade, generating a greater green footprint, a large civic square and reducing road traffic. Maintain, in the architectural language of the new complex, the constructive rithm of the shipyards of Palma. Design a building that, due to its size and typology, allows the necessary flexibility to adapt to the permanent changes of our times, can accommodate the present program (museum, market, brotherhood or warehouses); possible growth of these same uses, or even the integration of new ones The material definition of the proposal guarantees the sustainability and durability of the building.
