Ciutat 13 project is a condo renovation located in the heart of the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona and next to the Town Hall. The building was built in the XIX century, with traditional arts and crafts that our project is preserving and recovering. All the tradition, history and memory of the neighborhood is valued with our respectful intervention. All the 15 existing apartments include most modern facilities and appliances, sharing a communal area on the rooftop that includes a swimming pool and views to the city.
